Dr. Walaa has spent 27 years delivering hotels, residences, offices and retail across Egypt, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Oman and Cyprus. As Chief Operating Officer at Berthin General Trading & Contracting in Kuwait he led landmark work including the 163-unit Al Mas Residency and the 160-room IBIS Sharq hotel.
He founded WK to give private clients what his institutional clients relied on: one accountable lead who protects the budget, the programme and the finish.

Execution
Finishing, joinery, MEP and furniture, supervised daily, with a site report every two weeks.

Handover & aftercare
